The short version

We're a small software company. We collect the minimum we need to answer your questions, run discovery calls, and keep the site working. We don't sell your data. If you want it gone, email us and we'll delete it.

What we collect

  • Things you send us. Your name, email, company, phone number, and whatever you write in a contact form, email, or message.
  • Scheduling info. If you book a call with us, we receive the details you provide to our scheduling tool (typically your name, email, and the time you pick).
  • Basic analytics. Aggregate page views, the type of browser and device you use, and roughly where you're visiting from. We use this to understand what's useful on the site — not to identify individual people.
  • Cookies. We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and (where applicable) to run privacy-respecting analytics. We don't use cookies for ad tracking.

How we use it

  • To reply to you when you reach out.
  • To schedule, run, and follow up on discovery calls.
  • To send you proposals, contracts, and project updates if we end up working together.
  • To improve the site and figure out which pages are actually helpful.
  • To comply with the law where required.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted tools to run the business. Your data may pass through them as part of normal operations:

  • Vercel — hosting and CDN for this site.
  • Google Workspace — email, calendar, and document storage.
  • Cal.com / Calendly — discovery-call scheduling.
  • Analytics — a privacy-respecting analytics tool (such as Plausible or Vercel Analytics).
  • Stripe — if and when we accept online payments, Stripe processes them. We never see or store your full card details.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside of running our business or as required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and project information for as long as we need it to maintain the working relationship, plus a reasonable amount of time after for accounting and reference. Analytics data is aggregated and kept indefinitely in summarized form.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to: see what we have about you, correct something that's wrong, or delete it entirely. Just email us and we'll take care of it — usually within a few business days.

Children

This site isn't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

When we change anything material, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. For bigger changes that affect existing clients, we'll reach out directly.
